1. Course Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment and confirmation from WavDub Studio.

• Students must pay the applicable course fee before joining the training program, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

• Course fees are listed on the website and may be updated for future batches.

• Students should verify the course name, duration, fee and training format before making payment.

• Please retain your payment confirmation for reference.

2. Course Format & Schedule

• All courses listed on this website are conducted online.

• Students are responsible for joining sessions on time and ensuring they have a stable internet connection.

• Session schedules and joining instructions will be communicated to enrolled students.

• Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably possible.

• Students are expected to participate actively in exercises and practice activities.

3. Attendance & Participation

• Regular attendance and consistent practice are strongly recommended to get the most out of the training.

• Missing a session does not automatically entitle a student to a refund or an additional session.

• Any missed-session support or rescheduling will be subject to the arrangements communicated for the relevant batch.

4. Additional Support & Guidance

• Students enrolled in Vocal Confidence, Voice Artist Essentials and Voice & Dubbing Pro are eligible for up to six months of additional learning support after completing their course.

• This support is intended for course-related doubts, practice guidance and general direction related to voice-over and dubbing skills.

• The support period begins after course completion.

• This benefit does not apply to the ₹199 Voice Industry Starter introductory session.

• Additional support does not mean unlimited private lessons, guaranteed project assignments or guaranteed employment.

5. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property

• Course materials, scripts, exercises, recordings and other learning resources provided by WavDub Studio are for the enrolled student's personal learning use.

• Students must not copy, resell, distribute, publish or share course materials without prior written permission.

• Students must not record or distribute live classes without prior permission from WavDub Studio and the relevant participants.

6. Student Conduct & Online Sessions

• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards the trainer and other participants.

• Harassment, abusive behaviour, disruptive conduct or unauthorized sharing of another participant's personal information is not permitted.

• WavDub Studio may restrict access to sessions in cases of serious or repeated misconduct, subject to applicable law and the agreed refund policy.

7. Results & Career Opportunities

• Course outcomes depend on each student's practice, effort, participation and existing skills.

• WavDub Studio provides training and guidance but does not guarantee employment, auditions, paid projects, casting opportunities or a specific income.

• The courses are intended to develop skills and help students understand the voice-over and dubbing industry.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Batch Changes

• Please review the applicable refund and cancellation policy before completing payment.

• Any refund, cancellation, batch transfer or rescheduling request will be handled according to the policy communicated at enrollment and applicable law.

9. Technical Requirements

• Students are responsible for having a suitable device, a stable internet connection and a reasonably quiet environment for online training.

• Students should not share their payment details, login credentials or other confidential information with unauthorized persons.
